“There are no shadows in nature, only reflections. These paintings reflect aspects and fragments of my life.
Colour, which is light has informed every aspect of my work. It is an area that is both complex and subtle. The idea of ‘reflections’ comes from the close scrutiny and observations of objects in relation to each other.”
