An oak 'Fine Feathers' three drawer dressing table, with pewter handles below swing mirror, pewter and macassar ebony peacocks inlaid into uprights and chamfered columns supporting silver plated candle holders, circa 1897, stamped Heal & Son London. A 'Fine Feathers' mirror in chestnut with shallow segmental arched top decorated with pewter and macassar ebony inlay depicting a symbolised peacock, numbered 490 to the back, circa 1897. Illustrated page 22 'A History of Heal's' by Susanna Goodden. Height 63"(160cm) width 27.5"(70cm).
