5:1 An oak dressing table with large mirror, two jewellery drawers above four drawers with hammered steel handles, on column legs with moulded edge and dental cornice, circa 1898. 59ins (150cms) high, 48ins (122cms) wide, 22ins (56cms) deep.

5:3 A three door wardrobe with dental cornice and mirrored central door flanked by two dowelled and panelled doors above two drawers all with hammered steel handles and the whole on six acorn feet, the interior consisting of three shelves above three drawers in the centre, flanked by two hanging spaces, circa 1898. 76ins (193cms) high, 74ins (188cms) wide, 23ins (58.5cms) deep.
