Trained as a painter and a printmaker in South Africa and the USA, Rosenberg's work continually takes on new and challenging techniques. This has resulted in her creation of  myriad of works, ranging from as small as a few centimetres to 3 metres; from the medium of paint, to colourful LED light fittings. One of the consistent features in Susan's work is the interplay of tension and balance - it is this that underpins her bold colour palate, and structural use of composition. 

Solo exhibitions of her works have frequented the Millinery Works Gallery since 1992, the most recent titled "Peripheral Visions" took place in 2013. She was also included in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 2006, and in a group exhibition at the Thirlestaine Long Gallery 2012-2014.
