An oak, four element, compendium of wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase and plinth, the wardrobe door with eight raised fielded panels, chamfered cross bars and carved 'nip' handle, the chest with four graduated drawers and carved D handles, exposed dovetails throughout, wedged tenons to the sides, designed by Peter Waals as Head of Furniture at Loughborough College and made by students under his supervision for Hazelrigg Hall, circa 1935, 203cm (80in) high, 148cm (58in) wide, 56cm (22in) deep. SOLD
